Blood tests

Hi,
I had a  minor leg injury 1 year back. It took almost 6 months to heal. I am afraid it might be due to some deficiency or issue.
are there any blood tests I can get done before surgery to find out if there is some deficiency or issue in my body which can delay the healing?
