Live in Missouri, worth it to seek Bermant's help?

Hi, I have reviewed Dr. Bermant's pictures and his procedure list and am amazed. I was wondering if it is worth it to seek him out, travel to Virginia and what not. He seems like he knows a great deal about gyno, and puffy nipple correction. Has anyone else traveled a great distance for a doc? I don't trust many plastic surgeons here in St. Louis because their websites basically say that their procedure involves only lipo and "a little tightening of the skin".

There are some on these boards who have traveled really far for certain doctors, but I will tell you (and so will vaio) that you don't need some specialist.  Just find a really good PS in your area and save yourself the cost/hassel of travel.
