if you didnt have it before you smoked then it might have been the weed...but i had gyne for 10 years before i even took a hit and it didnt change anything..and i smoked for like 2 years and saw no changes..but it definetley gland..surgery would do you good.

I've noticed that darknips2 is one who likes to advise those whose gyne is on the fence, severity-wise, to avoid surgery. His advice comes from a good place because whatever issues he may have with his chest, he's completely comfortable with - and I understand what he means when he says that surgery should really only be pursued by those whose gyne is physically noticeable enough to be unmistakeable in all contexts. That being said, I can see how ughh's chest would make it very difficult for him to wear the type of clothing that the fitness of the rest of his body would allow. It can be very psychologically devastating for a young guy to put as much effort as he has into having a nice physique to have it all ruined by an area of his body that no amount of physical effort can cure.

ughh, I suggest you see an expert about what's happening to your body, specifically an endicronologist - because it seems your gyne has developed quite late to be a case of adolescent gyne. I'm also VERY skeptical that this recent growth being attributable to marijuana use. The marijuana/gyne link is tenuous, at best, in my opinion - and I don't like these broad associations being made when there has been no scientific research or study to back them up.

you for sure have some gland there. but it dosent look horrible. its really on you if you want surgery or not. if you do get surgery you will have really nice results.

thanks guys  i would also like to add that when i flex  from the top it looks like i have big pecs  and it feels like it to  its muscle  aadn than boom  theres the fucking nipple and the right is worse than the left.  it used to be that i just had puffy nipples  than i put on weightfrom weightlifting bullshit

Opinions here seem kind of divided.  I would say that you are dealing with a minor case of gynecomastia that's making your nipples stick out a little bit.  Does it look bad?  No.  Does it look really good?  No.  You are too skinny to have that size of a chest.  If you were fatter I'd say that it would match up more.  But you don't want to gain a bunch of weight just for that!  lol
