well im 22 my right handed so i think this has a lot to do with why my right side is built like this any advice

I don't see any big problems here at all.  Looking at the pic, the breast on the right looks a little larger than the one on the left.  Is this what bothers you?

I don't see anything wrong with you though friend.  I doubt anyone else would find anything really wrong with you either.
