newbie need advice and help

Hi everyone,

i am glad i found this site where others are or have suffered with this condition. i need some help in sofar as which surgeon to go to and how much should this procedure cost. i live in BC (lower mainland). i have tried excercise in the past and have been very anal with my diet but nothing has worked that well. i am 6'3" and weigh about 195lbs. i have worked out to the point of getting down to 170lbs but still had lots of jiggle and flab on my chest and stomach. the areas did get smaller but still not firm. i don't think i have gyno just very difficult fat pockets (just personal opinion). i am so frustrated that i have not been able to take my daughters to the pool and actually swim with them in public. I would appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction and a realistic expectation of how the surgery will work out.
