You're like me. It's not that noticeable but when you have your shirt on, there is a slight bit of gyne indeed. I understand how it can bother you.

I'd say that if it REALLY bothers you, then get the surgery. Otherwise, forget it. You've got a nice chest and it might be worse after the surgery... Just think twice before surgery and then, make up your mind
