i m looking to consult dr.Fielding in Toronto, I live in Montreal Canada, I would like to know how severe is my case and how much should I prepare myself for the cost . I ve work out alot I have alot of muscle underneath. Still 20 lbs to loose. Fucking Gyne!!!!

I'd definitely rate that on the high end.

Before you make the trip to fielding, find out if Manitoba healthcare will cover the excision. If they do, then you're looking at around $1800 for the excision + lipo.

Let us know what Fielding quotes you as well as his wait times. I'm trying to decide whether to fly to Toronto or do it locally in vancouver as well.
