Some of have us, have been ugly victims of butchery of unskilled surgeons and to those of us - I think I have struck gold.

http://www.locateadoc.com/pictures/gershenbaum-sam-19533.html

I really like the part where it says -
"liposculpture of his residual gynecomastia and lateral chest, pec implants using vertical rectangular implants, release of his retracted and scarred nipple-areolar complex's and dermal grafts behind his nipple-areolar complex's to fill the defects and prevent furthur scar retraction."

I think I will be researching this option. Hope it helps others like me.

Questions and comments as well opinions from other doctors are welcome ...

Great. Good to know that there are options.

The only issue is the photos dont really what was done or how long before the after photograph was taken.

Also, there are too many complaints registered against Dr. Coleman. I dont know what to believe but I am sure breakthrough is around the corner.

Also, there is Cytori which is actually doing fat graft enriched with stem cells. That is promising.

Tytus, are you an actual patient of Dr. Coleman.

Just a quick update - Cytori's Celution 700 was approved as a medical device by FDA. I dont think it is in production as yet but I would like to see results from this.

Any PS have clinical trial experience with Cytori.
