1 Month Post-Op Pics- I want to get member opinions

I had lipo & excision performed in Boca Raton, FL. Procedure was on March 6th 2009. I've included before and after pics and i'd like to get opinions from all members especially any docs. My condition was the puffy nipples. The left areola has shrunk more than the right, which is still puffy. When I touch both breasts it still feels sore/swollen and if I press enough on the areola its feels swollen. One of my concerns is that both breasts still protude a bit, not as much as before pics. Also I'm really looking for it to tighten so that the nipple can show because if you look the nipple is still being pulled in, is this normal after procedure? Really how long can it take for the area to tighten and is the soreness scar tissue? If enough the gland was taken out shouldn't the nipple be revealed more because the only time I can see them is if there's any type of sensation of the nipples. I've seen my PS a few times since procedure and he says both areas are still swollen and will tighten. As I mentioned I can now wear shirts that I never had the confidence to wear and the chest does look better, but I'm a little skeptical because the nipples are a little puffy and the nipples aren't showing..

i know its still early, but is anyone able to see the pictures? if not, i will correct. For those members who've had puffy nipples and the doctors who perform the procedures, once procedure is done will does the nipple take time to show, immediately can be seen, or could it still be gland causing it to be pulled in?

Congrats on the surgery, it looks nice and flat. I'm sure the nipples and skin will tighten up. Looks way better then pre op photos.
Edit: Was your incision along the bottom of the areolar?

Thanks yehkay, incision was along the lower area of areola. My ps is insistent that it will tighten up, but how come with some patients you see immediate tightening?

New Pictures Updated 1 Month Post-Op
As I mentioned in the right side is a bigger than the left, specifically the areola. When you look at the front view picture the right areola is bigger(which I'm hoping will shrink). Any thoughts members?. Its only been a month but I really want to see some shrinkage/tightening to occur.
