anti-androgen induced gyno (w/ lab results)

After using propecia and other anti-androgens I’ve developed fat in the chest and waist as well as a puffy nipple on my left side. There are no lumps around the breast tissue.

Reviewing my lab results, what would be the best non-surgical option (DIM, nolvadex, ….)?

Any advice is much appreciated

Is it possible that excess estrogen is still present in the breast tissue which would not be detected in such a blood test?

Should Nolvadex be used in this case?

As an adult even if you get yor hormones in balance the breasts will not go away,  they are your "friends" for life without surgery.

The balance will just keep them from getting larger.

Many meds will also cause breast growth as a side effect.

Your picture seems that you have very minor if any gyne.

So is it possible that excess estrogen, not detectable from such a blood test, is proliferating preadipocytes

If this is true, shouldn't meds like Nolvadex stop it?

Nolvadex does only block the effects of estrogen in your body, I'm no expert & that's the only thing I know
