Lipo only flatten nipples?

my Surgen said he was going to do lipo only and said it was soft enough it will flatten my chest he said he will do excision if necissary but  it didnt sound like he was going too im worried my nipples will still stick out if i just get lipo. What do you think i dont want to spend 5000 and still have the same problem.

It looks like you have a classic case of puffy nipples, which typically requires excision as well as lipo.  Who is your surgeon and how much experience does he have with puffy nipples?  That's question number one.  If he has not done hundreds, then I would find someone else, there are lots of specialists out there.  The last thing you want is to get the surgery and have it look worse than it did before and be out $5000.

Yep that's definately glandular, you don't have much fat.

You may want to ask your surgeon if he does regular lipo only or if he uses the ultrasonic assisted lipo (UAL) also.  I just had the procedure last friday here in Las Vegas.  My surgeon said that he felt he could remove 60 - 80% of my tissue (largely glandular) by using regular and UAL techniques.  The UAL lipo essentially shaves away at the more fibrous tissue that traditional lipo cannot remove. 

He preferred to not do an excision as you run the risk of having a concave areola/nipple afterward.  And, you have no scar around your areola with just lipo.  Right now, I have two 1/4" wounds to the center of my chest and two 1/2" wounds on my sides.  Those are all expected to heal up and be nearly, if not totally, unnoticeable.  They're healing up quite nicely already.

i did lypo only first time and it didn't work...go to a doctor who knows what they are doing. trust me.

My nipples look exactly like yours. I am also planning to get a surgery, but I am in the UK and only started researching about it. Keep us posted with pics after the surgery. Good luck!
