Right Nip puffed out and hard 19 days post op *PICS*

Im currently 19 days post op and looking like my gyne never left in my right nipple its puffed out and hard. but it doesnt hurt at all. Im just wondering if this is normal? I can give more info about it if needed.
BTW those pics were takin in my brothers room, so hes the one with the hannah montana posters up haha

Looks like scar tissue to me. Aren't you wearing a compression vest ? Maybe you should try massages...

yes im wearing the vest, I take it off once every day to shower but then I put it back on

Did you have gland removed? Because if so the skin will still need to bind to your chest. Scar tissue will make it look worse and this is what you are experiencing. If you had gland removed just wait it out, it all takes time.

Is your vest tight enough ?  My PS told me to massage the area 3 times a day for 5 minutes using Arnica Montana cream. This cream's real effects are controversial but not the massages. Just google"massage scar tissue surgery"...

If it's scar tissue, it should disappear at some point.
