What you complaining about ... youve got Dr Bermant & Jacobs and plenty other top dogs ... In the UK as far as im aware weve only got Karidis & Levick who are the top ones. One located up north, one located down south.

Ill try and post some more pics, ive still got a small amount of swelling and some scar tissue on my right hand side and a very small amount on the left.

finally got an SD reader, found an old pre op pic and a "just after" surgery pic to show you guys thinking about surgery the vest and stuff. Im still swelled on the right hand side which is why my right nipple looks slightly bigger. I had ALOT of fat removed and karidis has told me that it may take another few months for it to clear up fully. But even if it stays as it is IM OVER THE MOON when you look at the before and afters bearing in mind that i had the op 7 weeks ago its just amazing. And also im still a bit out of shape so when i start training again full time im hoping to have scuplted pecs ;)

anyway

Pre Op

Just after, blue padding still in (gets removed next day by you)

Looking good... did you get ur fat/gland weights taken, in a letter ?  I remember the nurse mentioned on the day, but I didn't take in what she said.

I'm coming up to 2 wks post now. Brusing a little yellow, but almost completely subsided. Pain, nothing too bad at all, aside from the itching from wig hair re-growing !! Nips a tad sensitive brushing up against shirt, but to be expected I would think.  The RH incision site on the nip is about 90% closed with a tiny hairline gap if I gently pull down, so I left plaster on for a bit longer. I'm figuring now though that it may be best to let it "breathe" overnight, so it closes completely. Gave it a wipe with some disolved tea tree oil to ensure clean, and there's no discharge onto the plasters I've had on it.

Anyway, I hope to pop some pics on during the week, as they really are worth a 1000 words.

Nice results thetodd! Btw, in the second picture, is the black garment you're wearing the compression vest they give you?

@merlot, would be cool if you posted some pics for us all to see. Always good to have a look at Dr K's work!  ;D
Had surgery with Dr. Karidis (London, UK) on 23rd July. Wearing tight t-shirts and looking forward to going swimming!

It is indeed the vest mate, the blue padding is to absorb any "seepage" overnight. I havent got any other pictures after that cause i was pretty much mashed for 2 weeks lol

Your skin will be sensitive against shirts for a week weeks merlot, id say personally i was only comfortable in tshirts about 5 weeks in its a really weird sensation. It looked like i had a gap in my nipple ... karidis said it was just folding and it would clear up in a few weeks! It has thankfully lol and they look pretty normal now. Yeah get some pictures up mate it really helps people thinking about the op

Cheers for the compliments :D

2 before shots , 1 after. You'll see (hopefully if I've uploaded right) that it wasn't as noticeable as some people on here (plus asymmetric). However, it bothered me for years and I finally got off my @rse and did something about it !!

Apart from becoming a father, it was the best thing I ever did  ;D

Cheers guys.  I think the fact that since mine was asymmetric it was more noticeable than if it had been symmetric at the same size, if that makes sense.

It is a short life, and the more fun you can have in it, the better.  Just need to start up the jogging/swimming in a couple weeks and I'll be back on track.

@Thetodd - when did you start with the massage/bio oil ? (I can barely see the armpit scars, which is reassuring).

I just thought, what am I actually doing during the massaging. Having only ever massaged the female chest area before :) , I'm not sure what I'm doing on my own !!! Is it just a sort of fingertip massage with the oil for a few mins each side, once a day, with moderate pressure?
