sleep before surgery
just curious how important it is to have a full night sleep before surgery because if i were to have surgery it would be like 7 am and i usally cant fall asleep at 10pm more like 3 or 4 and maybe consider staying up all together

also whats your take on marijuana is it good bad i noticed it releives stress and ive been a lot better off with it of course i smoke in moderation very light and no ciggerettes

i find it doesnt affect my gyne which i had since 16 im now 23 i almost would like to say it helps and just want to know what you all think i think my gyne might be caused by stress.
