 hi, ive had gyno sice i was around 12 years old (at least i think its gyno), i know its not as bad as a lot of peoples on this site but its enough to make me wear only black tops lol. anyway wanted to know if the boffs on this site could conferm that there is gland there and not just a bit of fat, thanks.

you should go to your GP just to check mate ... but you have got gynecomastia looking at the pics

its a moderate case, your not overweight and youve got some arms on you so your obviously not a slob with pseudo (fatty) gyne. Unfortuantley your only route is surgery. If you go to your GP they will refer you to a surgeon if you see enough surgeons you might get the surgery for free. Personally for me i found it a daunting and long process so i decided to go private but it did cost me a grand total of about £4500 when you incorporate travel costs etc

But having said that, it was TOTALLY worth it for me!

hey chips, looking at your pics, i would say you do have gland as you are very well built and have very little body fat. having said that, i would also say that it was a very minor case and if i saw that, i would not look twice. you would need surgery, but its down to you to decide if you feel £4500 is worth it. i would say, go on holiday to east europe, consult a surgeon, have your surgery as it would cost a quarter of what it costs here. as the surgery would be so minor as you only require a small amount of gland removal and very little fat, and you already have a very good physique, recovery time will be very quick. once out of hospital, enjoy the rest of your holiday and come back home and let us know your progress. but seriously dude, most people without gyne would still love to have a chest like yours.
