Just hide the vest under several layers or clothing man.  I didn't tell anyone about and I live with people.

Shit, I wore tight t shirts and my vest and noone could tell.  My vest is like underarmour with straps.  This was 1 day post op.  I still wear my vest to work and only wear it, a wife beater and a polo.  Noone even noticed, I showed my boss, b/c he is like a friend to me and he was like oh nice binder haha, in a joking way, but he said he couldn't tell and he knew I had the surgery.
