Puffy Nipples Problem; Swimming In 7 Days; Short Term Things To Do

I am not fat at all, just have this horrible problem. I can not ever take my shirt off in public. I am going somewhere where I will be forced to in 7 days. Does anyone know any short-term things I can do to get rid or at least make my nipple size go down within 7 days? Anything helps. Thanks, God Bless.

Before my surgery when i was wearing normal clothes i would always put tape on them so they lay flat. I only have puffy nipples so if your case is more serious than mine then this might not work. If i ever had to take my shirt off i would always give them the old titty twister to make them hard. I would do that then jump into the water as fast as you can so its not visible very long. Or you could just wear a shirt the whole time. Its up to you.
