Has anyone had any experiences with surgery around the Boston area?

If so, who, how much, and results?

how long did it take to get an appointment with Silverman? I've called the office and left 2 messages but havent heard back.

Also, did they have any payment plans? or did you have to pay for the whole thing up front?

Did Silverman give you the final price that day? Or does he need to see what hes giong to need to do once he goes in there?
