Abdominal pain from compression garment?

I am about 11 days post op and have been experiencing abdominal pain and was wondering if this could be a result of using the compression garment.  The pain is on the abdominal surface.  I don't notice it unless I try to stretch my body backwards, which basically stretches the skin out.  It started out on one side, and now exists on both sides.  It is basically just sore. 

Anybody else experience this?
