I just got tested by the suggestion of a chest-surgeon (dunno the technical term)... and... all my hormones are just fine... EXCEPT my LH is like triple the normal, lol. Its outside the reference range, lol.

Yes, tested even all the female hormones, they're all in the normal range for a man... Yet I have puffy nipples 24/7, what gives? lol.

Maybe your nipples are just shaped that way?
Can you feel tissue when you squeeze the nipple or is there nothing underneath it?
A scan of your chest could maybe bring insight.

There is a possibility that the tissue will go away, but in some cases (like mine), it will not...
If you're stressed about your appearance, surgery will be the only option to get rid of the glands.
My surgery was exactly 1 week ago and I feel fine now. Probably this Friday, the stitches are coming out.

do you know which specialisation doctor did you go see for your problem? I'm planning to go see one as well. Did you have to pay for the visit or did your insurance cover this? and for the Chest Xray if you got one?
