What is this?! (Pics)

I am 14 days post surgery and have been wearing my compression vest non stop since the op. I have also been taking arnica tablets and my diet and lifestyle have been spot on to what I have read on here and been told by the surgeon. I have been out on one night where i did drink some alcohol and was prodded in the chest a couple of times by some friends who didnt know I had my operation but nothing major. A lump above my right nipple, right in the belly of the muscle has been growing since I had my banadages off (8 days post op) and is now very noticeable. It is not particularly painfull and it feels like i can move it about and it is not rock solid. I also have a lot of harder, swollen up areas bellow both pecs and around the inscion areas for lipo. From the pictures does this look like normal recovery or should I be worries/doing something different? Also, apart from the swelling ect how is it looking??

Just bumping this up.

Can any doctor tell me if this looks like a good job and swelling is normal or if this looks like crater deformity or something??
