2 weeks post op, Arnica cream & Bio Oil, which to apply?

I had surgery 2 weeks ago, all is looking well....I was advised to start applying the arnica bruising cream 2 weeks after surgery, I was also told to use Bio oil but they didnt say how long post op for the bio oil, but the bruising has pretty much all gone now so now I'm wondering if i should skip the arnica cream and just start applying the bio oil as i can feel some hard, lumpy areas which im guessing is scar tissue....which bio oil is used for..


Which should i use?

or should i use both?
