questions about doctors...

I live about 50 minutes from Boston, and what I have gathered from reading these forums is that Dr. Silverman is the best surgeon in this area. I'm just curious though, since I'm already paying so much money for this (around 7k), I figured I might look around better and see if there are better surgeons even if it means traveling further.  I made a thread here a few months ago saying I'd have surgery with Dr. Silverman but my parents decided not to sign for my loan anymore, hence why I'm making this thread again. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

I've heard really good things about Silverman, and his site shows great results- I'd say your in good hands. If you've got the money go for it with him. I don't think its worth going way out of your way to find another gyne surgeon- especially since this guy already has a proven track record
