Im new and I have a question

Whats up everyone im new here. I'm 20 years old, 5'7 153 lbs and I have a mild case of puffy nips gyne. Recently I  finally decided to start saving up for surgery and I have a few questions. I wanna know about how much the surgery costs, and what would be the best procedure for my condition(puffy nips). I hear that excision and lipo is what they use on guys with my condition.

My doc charges $2K for excision only.  Tack on maybe another $1K if you need lipo.
