im not sure if my surgery was done correctly?

I have just had my operation ten days ago and from looking at pictures on line my surgeon made small incisions well below my nipples and performed liposuction in comparison to others on here. From the pictures ive seen online liposuction has been peformed through the nipple and  directley below it? It also feels a bit bumpy underneath my arms as well, so I'm not sure if hes done it correctly?
