I am 20 years old, 5'8, 140 pounds. I am pretty skinny overall but my chest has always bothered me. I'm not sure if I have puffy nipples or gynecomastia, but theres definitely something there. I attached a picture. It isn't great, and I'll get more angles, but I would really appreciate any input I could get.
