I am about 2.5 months post surgery and have a couple of questions:

I had excision and vaser lipo.  I have read on this board that vaser lipo can result in extended periods of swelling- Is that true and if so how long can the can the swelling last?  I am still sore to the touch and would like to know whether that is an indication that there still maybe some swelling.

Also, i would say that i now have a normal chest-not as completely flat as it was two days after surgery but none the less fits with my body.  To that point I am about 15 to 20 lbs heavier than I should be (6'2" and 240 lbs- on an large frame- anything below 220 and I'm looking a little thiner than I would like) and not as toned as I should be.  Assuming that my chest has a small amount of residual fat (what is there now does not feel fiberous or as dense as pre op)  can i expect that excerise/weight lifting will further flatten/contour my chest? Like others on this board I have been in a situation, pre-op, in which weight lifting/weight loss had made by gyne worse by pushing the gland further out.

here  are some pics to give you an idea of what i am working with.
