I want to get into a heavy work out schedule and was wondering what products I should stay away from. I just want to get some protein and energy supplements is that safe.

Stay away from Drugs (i.e Steroids), Supplements are fine, they aren't drugs and no need to be afraid of, they are just dietary supplements that help boosting your energy and preserve muscles, nothing more nothing less,

L-Carnitine, L-Glutamine, L-Arginine, Creatine Monohydrate, MultiVitamins/MultiMinerals and BCAA (Powder form) are some you will need if you are going serious about working out and gain muscles and burning fat naturally.

Don't be tempted by drugs,

Say yes to this

And no to that

^^ check his Gyno, and he's like 5-6% bf.

.1/10 on the first pic, more advanced in the second.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?
