If gynecomastia is excess fat on the chest couldnt you get rid of it by just diet and exercise. Or will your body not burn that fat off like on the rest of your body? Cause i really dont want to resort to surgery. Expert advice please!

Usually, Gynecomastia is a combination of both fatty and glandular tissues.

Targeted weight loss is not really possible in spite of lots of hype associated with products that propose to produce it.

For some people, weight loss results in a slight decrease in breast volume, many people note no significant change in spite of significant weight loss.

Many people report that the breast area is one of the first places where fat deposits but seemingly the last place for it to diminish.

Weight loss will not diminish glandular tissue in any case.

if excercise could do it, everyone here would look buff as hell and have gotten rid of it years ago.  the fat content in breast tissue stays there stubbornly, though even if you could burn it off you'd have a disk of the denser gland stuff like some of us do.  sorry, no magic alternatives to the surgery yet  :(
