swelling after surgery question

i had surgery 3 days ago.  the doc says that the swelling will go away if my compression vest is put on.  the swelling doesn't seem to be flattening out. has anyone had this concern??

is the swelling around all chest area or only around scar .. me around nipple about 7cm or something like that

It's swelling under nipple where all the fat was removed my pecs are fine

Swelling and Bruising After Gynecomastia surgery depend on the original problem, techniques used, skill of the surgeon, after surgery care, and many other factors.  My patients have their After Gynecomastia Surgery Compression Garments applied at the time of surgery to minimize such swelling. Removing the garment too soon can cause all sorts of unnecessary swelling.
