Hey guys, ive been struggling with gyno for about 3 years now, it seems that my nipples just stay puffy except when im cold. I just wanted to know from u guys that have gone through this:

1) did u have gyno when u were 18 or 19 and did it go away, or did u have to resort to surgery?

2) If it did go away naturally, how long did it take, and did u feel any pain what so ever?

3) Is there anything that i can do to get rid of it or even lessen the effect it has? coz its just killin me not goin to the beach nd stuff

Another question i have is say i go to an endocrinologist and have my hormones tested, and they come back as abnormal, should i wait until they stabilise or become normal before i consider surgery?

I 'toughed' it out for 20 years, and its no fun. If all your tests are normal then get saving and get surgery you'll wont regret it. Thanks to advances in surgical procedures I had my op 5 weeks ago and you cant even tell I've had an op but the puffy nips have been banished. 8)
