Are there any alternatives to surgery like medicine or something.

Sorry, there are no diets, exercises, pills, hormones, injections, massage, or anything else that will deal with established gyne.  There are some crackpot pills available on the internet -- don't waste your money.

It would be best to review your case with a plastic surgeon and perhaps an endocrinologist.

Are there any alternatives to surgery like medicine or something.

When fat is a significant component, weight loss can help with the fat of gynecomastia, but not the gland.  When there is an underlying Medical Problem Causing Gynecomastia, addressing that problem and stabilizing the condition can help and sometimes reverse smaller cases of gynecomastia.  When my Red Flag System uncovers such an issue, I refer that patient to an Endocrinologist.  I have not found any over the counter substance that helps with this problem.

No Surgery Body Shaping Garments can help hide the contours, but when the garment is removed, the problem remains.
