on a scale of 1-10...

hey so i tried to find an image of myself, it's a little stretched and distorted but you get the idea. i just want to know how i fit along the scale and how necessary or appropriate people think surgery would be

Well it is up to you really, but I know I would want the surgery if my chest was that shape and size.

I'm not sure weight loss or exercise will benefit you much either..... you are pretty skinny already.
