Puffy nips?

I have really puffy nips. they are about 2 inches wide and they stick out about one inch and they are really soft. I wanted to know, is this considered gynecomastia or just some gland problem? If I were to get surgery would insurance cover it? What if a psychologist declared me socially repressed because of my condition would that persuade the insurance company? thanks!

Yes, that is gynecomastia.

Are you in the US?  Ins. probably won't cover it.  Definitely won't cover lipo, but may cover glandular removal.  Check with your policy.

As far as being socially repressed. There was a thread on here where a guy said his Psychiatrist wrote a letter to the ins. company telling them how much this condition has effected his life and the ins co. paid for it.  I think it's a long shot, but maybe worth a try.
