do you mean spilling out?  i think it's solid enough that shouldn't be a problem, at least going by the (to me ugly) pics of the removed material.  if he were doing lipo he could use the cannula (rod) to go in the long way from under the arm, but a lot of cases weren't meant for that.

i wouldn't worry about a cut on the edge of the areola, it hides pretty well, and if done properly, after a year you won't even be thinking about it.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

i typed spelling cause i didn't know if i spelled "oreola" correct or not!

I have like C cups so im not getting lipo!  that's why i was wanting to know if you would have to cut out ur nipples to remove the gland and all the tissue and stuff!  he said he was goin to preserve my nipples and cut underneath and up to on my chest!  I really don't care long as he gets all the fat and shit out yah kno! im not worried about the scars cause i only plan on wearing muscles and i might get tats on my chest to cover them up also!

i get you, it's areola.  so nobody should ever cut them out, they would only be donut reduced on the outer edges in like the maybe 1-5% most severe cases, even big ones can shrink back significantly.

what gets cut out is what's underneath.  the areola itself would normally get cut only along the edge for up to halfway around (one or two non-gyne-specialists once removed them completely then replaced them :o ), temporarily for the op, then sewn back up.   like i said, with a little time you won't even need tats  :)
