Weight Loss stories AFTER surgery, anyone care to share?

I see a lot of people mention about how they lost weight before the surgery and while that's interesting and incredible in it's own right I'm curious to hear what kind of gains/loses people have made Post-Surgery?

How many pounds did you loose, how did you go about it, in relation to your surgery how was the pain during the process? For those of you who have had excess amounts of fat/tissue how well did your skin contract while healing and training?

Anything else that comes to mind, I'm curious to hear.
