I have dry/itchy skin on the stomch/abs and im 3 weeks post surgery on my stomach/abs. is it ok to apply vitaminE oil on the area? any comments are appreciated...

After liposuction, the skin is under stress.  If it is dry and flaky, it needs moisture.

Would recommend some simple skin moisturizing cream such as Neutrogena or Lubriderm.  Apply gently -- don't be rough.

thx Dr. Jacobs..... will do. I did apply vitaminE oil last night, i havent done any harm, have i? i have lubiderm for extra-dry skin that i use on my elbow/knee area..will use that tonight onwards...

No, you haven't done any harm with the vitamin E.  I usually use vitamin E on healing scars to improve them -- not skin in general.  You need just simple moisturizers.
