How's it going everybody I'm just going to start by saying I'm going on 23 soon I've been living with my "condition" since I was about 16 but could not afford the surgery, and family pretty much treated it as poor exercise habits after going through numerous exercise programs and losing more than 30lbs and gaining muscle I still have a puffy chest and I'm looking for an affordable surgeon who can really help me with this.
