a few surgery questions
I am thrilled to announce that my massive male mammaries are history!

I have a few questions regarding my post-surgery healing process:

1) How long until swelling is gone?
2) How long must I wear this blasted compression vest?
3) How long after surgery until I can do some kind of cardio again?
4) How long until I can do weight training again?
