surgeon selection - Dr. R. Silverman vs Dr. M. Bermant?

I have narrowed down my selection to two surgeons - Dr. Dr. Silverman (http://ricksilverman.com/) and Dr. Bermant (http://www.plasticsurgery4u.com).
The results from the pictures on Dr. Silverman's website look amazing.
Can you please post your experiences/opinions on both Doctors?

I just had my surgery done yesterday by Dr. Silverman in Brighton MA. Everything was great with him and I need to wait until tomorrow night to shower and remove vest for first time.

My anesthesiologist in my OR Suite went to medical school with Dr. Silverman and highly recommends him for gynecomastia surgery. It is a big part of his practice.  Dr. Silverman is the one who recommended to me that I become involved with this website.

Posts on doctors websites must be real patients and are subject to censure by our Plastic Surgery Society if they were fake, paid for, or in return for a decrease in price for surgery or other compensation. 

A vast majority of my patients do not post here in this forum. If you are looking for Patient Experiences with Gynecomastia Surgery start on that link and then use the arrows or drop down menus to find pages of such details. There are also quite a few videos on my site where you can also hear the emotion in their voices during their discussion of their experiences, but I now see I need a page linking those videos so they would be easier to find.

If you have straight up puffy nipples, I would go with Bermant.
