Just a quick update with some before and afters.

Any improvements?  I am thinking about doing surgery in about 2 months once I get to my desirable weight

Thanks,

Regards

Great progress so far. Getting that weight to what you want is the first step. Skin then needs to stabilize. Once the skin stops shrinking, then surgical options can be considered. After massive weight loss, skin can take 6 to 18 months to catch up. Each person is different, but being patient can be important for the best results.

Low Nipples Look Strange on a Male Chest. Just how much loose skin is a factor can be demonstrated with Standard After Weight Loss Male Chest Pictures to Evaluate Drooping. Options depend on just how much sagging is going on. For limited cases, my Short Scar Internal Male Mastopexy is an awesome option to lift sagging nipples during gynecomastia contouring.

Hope this helps,
