It does provided that the gland tissue causing the puffiness is extracted and removed. I used to have very puffy nipples, and now don't. Click the webpage sign under my username, to the left of this.

Bear in mind that those pics were 11 days post op. I'm now over 11 weeks.
etc.

Thanks for all your opinions guys, yeah this week I'm gonna go to the PS and say WHAT THE darn. Maybe he'll bullshit me again and say it's hormonal areola swelling. Let me ask you this "doctor", if I have hormonal areola swelling, then what the darn was my SURGERY FOR?!!!
Please, Jesus, make my gyne go away!

I still think this is excellent result. puffiness will go away in due time.

I've got to say, I think your surgeon is full of sh*t if he says that he removed any gland.

At this point, I think he removed gland but didn't remove the firm shell in the areola that Dr. B mentioned in a post once.

Blarney , the scars arent bad at all!Hope fully you just have swelling and it will go away with time ... but... I seem to think that he may have left far too much gland...

All in all though I'd say no worries dude...
had the surgery done,now i'm gynecomastia-less
