Plastic Surgery in Egypt

I've gynecomastia since I was 12 and I'm now 23.  There's nothing else I can do but get surgery.  I'm also in Cairo right now and could be here over the summer.  Apparently it only costs maximum $3000 to get the surgery here.  Is this advisable?  Thanks.

If you're able to find a surgeon who is well-qualified to do the surgery, then you should go ahead and have the procedure in Cairo.  If, on the other hand, you only use cost as your primary determining factor, and you have a problem with the surgery, then correction can be more costly and possibly exceptionally challenging.  Cost is certainly a factor to consider, but your primary goal should be to find a surgeon who is qualified to get you the best result.
