Hello There All,

Thought you might be interested in my pictures pre and post op this is 4 weeks. I knew I had a bad case but was shocked when they told me they had removed basically a pint from each side (450ml). Anyway I'm well pleased with the result (better than I had hoped for). I have a few pounds to lose but this is life changing. I've been swimming , bought light coloured T-Shirts in the right size and I know stand up straight with my arms down by sides lol.

Looks great.  Did you have just liposuction?

No I had 18g of gland removed although I have no idea if this is a lot or not. Clearly though what I was under the impression was muscle tissue wasn't at all. Is all gone and he didn't take any muscle.

Nice result -- it serves to illustrate that many times both lipo and gland excision are necessary.

Looks great!

How are you feeling 4 weeks later?  I had my surgery done 1 week ago, and I'm still quite swollen.  I did get my abs done at the same time, so that is complicating recovery a bit since they seem to swell more than the chest area.

thank you. I'm still a bit sore even after 4 weeks and it feels a bit tight when I stretch but just about there now I think. The info from the surgeon suggests that you can start physical exercise at about 10 days. For me this wasn't possible really, aerobic stuff yes but weight training from the waist up was too painful.

Alex Karidis. I chose him after reading posts on here. He wasn't cheap about 4K (pounds) but he seems about the most experienced in the UK for this. There were a fair few having the same procedure when I had my moobs done.
