Will it go away

I have had two lumps underneath my nipple area since I was 12 and I am now 17 with this same problem is their still a chance that this will go away on its own, or is surgery my only option.

I'd say its possible, but 5 years is quite sometime. It would be a good idea to start saving.

The male breast often enlarges during puberty.  At the age of 17, your nearly finished with puberty and the chances of the lump going away diminish with time.

Anything is possible, but the most likely thing is that it will not diminish if you've had it that long.
