My chest which was once flat about a week or two ago has now started to puff out again (particularly the nipples).  I started cardio and weight lifting again, but perhaps this was too soon?  Can i expect the puffiness to decrease?  There is also a hard lump under each of the nipples.  Let me Know!  Thanks

I'm 15 weeks post surgery.

I still have small hard lumps under each nipple, which I think are slowly getting smaller. I try to remember to massage them each day.

Also, I notice that after I go to the gym and do any pec work, my boobs appear to swell a little bit. After a day or so I think the swelling reduces.

Everyone says it takes 6 months (at least) to completely heal. I'm finally beginning to believe that it is really true.

Hang in there! I think what you're experiencing is pretty normal.

Five weeks is much too soon to be passing judgment on surgery results...

Give it 3-6 months for your body to heal...

In some cases, it takes a year or more to see 'final' results...

Be patient dude....  ;)
