I agree puffiness isn't a requirement, but I always thought puffiness looks a lot worse than just having a bigger chest.

Can't say that I agree with you dude... No matter the severity of the condition, the mental anguish and embarrassment is all the same...

My areolas were not puffy at all... However, my chest was huge...  'D' cups...  It was very difficult to hide them puppies let me tell ya...       It's much easier to conceal puffies... 

However, as I mentioned, the shame/embarrassment is all the same...

The ladies have their own problems. Gynecomastia is a guy problem and most of the ladies could care less.

I will allow that there is a bit of a difference in this relationship if your breasts are larger than hers. She could then get to be rather jealous.

Rashad Evans, and Georges St. Pierre are UFC fighters, and they both have it. Its harder to tell because they are ripped, but they definitely have it. Rashad Evans was questioned before an interview, as to why he twists his nipples before a fight.

I've been straining my eyes on about 30 pics of these guys. I am not seeing any gyne whatsoever.

Anyone who sees significant Gynecomastia on any of those pictures is far too fussy for me.

When I think of Gynecomastia, I rarely think in terms of such tiny pimples. I think of Gynecomastia in terms of a handful or more.

I marvel at the impact that such tiny nipples have on some men.

I realize that for some men it is enough that they have a big enough nipple to pinch. If you are in that group, it is not my intention to belittle you. but please. When the idiots in the High School Gym grabbed a me they did not merely pinch, they grabbed a handful and yes it hurt like hell. For any who think that this kind of volume was the product of obesity, I was 5' 10" and weighed 135 lbs at the time.

Saw the GSP and Rashad evans pics and dint think either had seriuos gyne. i was watching a Gary Goodridge fight the other day and alwasy thought he had it (though i aint telling him)

Terry O'Quinn always wears that tight shirt which probably makes it look worse than it is, I found that with certain brands. It must not bother him at all though since he's on a show thats aired across the world, I would have wore a shirt like Sawyer's if I was an actor.

LOL. Every time I see someone on TV who obviously has gyno I kind of automatically go into a three part process in my mind, all within a matter of a few seconds: First, I compare them to me and then debate if their gyno is better or worse than me. Second, I wonder if they are as self conscious as I am (was...) and are embarrassed when they see themselves on TV. Third, I want to jump into the TV screen, show them what they look like and tell them they really should "dress to depress" them!
