Couple of hours (about 8 hours) and ill be at the clinic getting cut open!
ahhhh

to be honest, im not nervous. i have complete trust in dr lista. And I know it wont go away with diet and such, so this surgery will be beneficial to me. (even though know im getting pumuled by my grandparents telling me how it will go away, i just have to eat less, etc [which sucks cause Id like to listen to older people more than the newer generation])

Bah, hopefully everything goes well. Just drinking 2 more water bottles before going to bed and will be waking up soon

I dont even know what im writing, probably just ventilating or something hah.

Ill keep you guys updated I guess. If I dont happen to post back anything here it's either because im very busy/happy with my life and the outcome of the surgery or because im all depressed and regretting the surery  ::) :P

keep you guys updated

Been at home for close to 8 hours now. What can I say. i feel dam good. Not that dizzy anymore/sobering up haha. Had fun being put to sleep. All i remember is them putting a needle in me, and asked me to breath into a mask and poof i was dreaming.. it was a good dream (couldnt tell you what it was), then i snapped out of it, and realised I had a pretty thai girl helping me out

I dont feel any pain whatsoever. Maybe slight burning sensation but nothing drastic. Does even feel like I worked out (allot of people say it feels like you had an intense workout. not even close hah) but the meds are probably still in my system. Dont even want to touch the percasets that I got for pain killing.

It's really weird seeing myself in the mirror. Even with this bandage on and the compression vest, its so flat. Did not expect it to become so flat, especially since I have pretty strong pec muscles. W/e once I start going back to the gym, I can shape my pecs even better (cause Ill be able to see the muscle more easily without have the gland covering/altering the look of my pecs)

So overall, no problems whats so ever. Got in at 8, sat around for an hour or so, then changed into that robe they gave you, sat in a room, the nurse came in, gave me some pills to take. Lista came in, took a picture, showed me quickly how hes gonna only touch the lower part ofmy chest cause the top is all muscle, then this cool german (or at least i think by his accent) anesthesiologist came in and told me hes gonna put a needle in me and ill fall asleep and asked if i had any questions. Spent maybe 3 minutes with both lista and the anesthesiologist in total. (Didnt make me feel uncomfortable, I trusted both of them, and didnt want to waste their time/wanted to go home asap hah)

but yeah, the said i can take off the bandage tomorow. Kinda scared to look at my chest to be honest

Hey, thanks for writing this up. I'm going in for surgery July 6th, so it helps me in a way to read all of this.
I'm glad everything went smooth, hope your results are awsome! Let me know how your healing process is going...

What can I say, everything is going well. Not much brusing (some parts are a little yellow), my stitches havent bled at all, no pain at all... it's a breeze. I haven't taken a single painkiller yet. the  first couple of days, your chest is numb.. but its starting to get better...

Sounds everything is going good! Is the chest vest uncomfortable to wear?
And it has to be worn while you sleep and during the day? Besides taking a shower.

Did you notice a huge difference right after surgery of your chest?

noticed a big difference... massive difference. very happy and cant wait to get back into the gym and get out

Wow, great results man! Thanks for the pictures, me and you have almost exactly the same gyno and body type.
Are those circular marks around the chest area, is that bruising?

What can I say, got my arnica gel, and started massaging (Ah how much it hurts/feels weird), but all the brusing is pretty much gone (no colour on my skin)

Got an appointment in about 3 weeks.

How often do you have to massage? 5 More days for me, the more i think about it, the more nervous i get.
How are your results now? Getting better?

they told me 3 times a day, until my next appointment i guess

yeah everything is perfect. only thing bothering me is under my right nipple, to the side kind of, is a piece of tissue or something and it like movies around, and makes my nipple tingly if i touch it the wrong way

Did you ask the nurse or Lista if thats just normal scar tissue? Do you think it will go away with time?
