i am sorry but i can't post pictures i am trying to keep my identity a secret

You needn't to show your face, only your breast, so this should be no problem. With frontal and lateral pics of your breast it is much easier for us to give advice.

A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

What you are referring to as a "regular" bra would tend to cause the breasts to project and be all the more obvious.

Many of us have used athletic bras and found them to be the best alternative in terms of both comfort and concealment.

A really good bra, properly fitted, can be rather expensive and getting a really good fit would be much different for a man than for a woman. The measurement charts are for women and they do not work well for us because our breasts are further apart and our chests are larger etc.

As to whether or not you should even be wearing a bra, no one here can answer that honestly as we have nothing objective to base that decision upon.

If you feel that you need one you should be talking to your mother and your Doctor regarding that need. It is most unusual for a young man your age to have the measurements you gave. Breast growth to that extent at your age should be setting off all kinds of alarms and medical evaluation is very important.

first i am sorry for deleting my last reply that was by mistake second of all i didn't say i cant wear one i just say it will be discreetly without any one noticing and i may wear it when no one is around thats why i need to know if i should and if i have the necessity for third of all as i said i cant talk to my parents nor any one ever or maybe till I am convinced with my necessity for a bra forth i cant wear a sport bra cause it is hard to find where i live and i cant bare wearing it in the hot weather all the time as it is always hot were i live and thats why i am asking about a regular bra and to add that wearing a sport bra give me some kind discomfort due to the fabrics and it cause me soreness and pain in my nipples and that a regular bra can heal that soreness or even reduce it due to its soft fabric especially a padded one but thats not what i will be always worn because it may increase my breast size which will make them visible and i should also say that my boobs are causing sweat under them which would result to skin pigmentation(baby rash) i should add that i cant afford surgery nor an under armor and i don't now any doctor near i the place i live in that is why i am asking you should i wear a bra  and i  should tell you that i tried a persons bra(ii cant say who because i did it without her knowing ) which is 42 b and it fitted well but some other bras that are of the same size felt titer which meant i needed a bigger cup (especially when sitting down) and thank u for your help

I will say it again.

An athletic bra should give the support you want without making a spectacle of you. A "regular" bra will tend to cause the breast to be somewhat more elevated and projected, therefor much more obvious to anyone who sees you.

The various compression garments should be tried first. The are intended to compress and support making the breasts much less evident.

If you do not know of a Doctor nearby it should not be a problem as your parents no doubt do know of one.

If your condition is as you have described, it should be obvious to your parents and they have avoided saying anything in an attempt to avoid embarrassing you. You will need to speak up and let it be known that you have a need to see a doctor.

I was not merely trying to be dramatic; if your condition is as  you said your general health and development should be reviewed by a medical professional. This can only be done with your parents approval.

I agree, I have been wearing a athletic bra most of the time now the past few weeks, and when I really want to be 100% not seen, I wear a compression shirt or similar over it.  But not detectable unless touched to a point of exploration or under the arms where it would be noticed more so.  Heck I look and feel better with it all.  You can deal with heat much better than you think.  Women do it daily in all weather.  They survive fine.

Even hot and sticky out it is far more comfortable wearing than not wearing, seeing a sweat line under my breasts all the time and the ick feeling of skin on skin and from time to time sores is no more.  Sure, I want to get it off later, but still more comfortable on.

I have a XL and L ath bra and the XL fits a bit better, the "cups" if you will are a tad larger, but the L is tighter, which by the end of the day is more annoying.

You probably need to see a dr, and you need to be talking to your parents about it, mom most likely in private.  You will find them to be more open than you realize.  They will want to help, not judge.  She will help you decide what is better to take care of it.  But if they don't know how you feel and what you need, no one can help.

I will say it again.

Exactly!

Crash, if you really have such large breasts (42 B or even 42 C) at your age, you must see a doctor. But to wear the bra you like, you don't need an advice and certainly not our permission!

there are many reasons why i cant talk to a doctor :  1- i am to embarrassed enough to be talking to a doctor
2- he will tell me to have surgery but i dot have the money for that
3- he'll tell me thats its just because i am fat but its not because even if i
was fat my breasts look like a real girl even that they are puffed and
causing me back and chest pain and may nipples as i mentioned get
sorrow and pain full and they are not triangular like a fat mans boobs they
are more like a women's one
4- he'll tell me that its still young and it will go away but i cant bear that
pain longer and i really do need some support in the mean time and if i
                                                                             said that he'll say that i don't
5- i don't trust any doctor which i can tell about my problem or even tell him
                                                                              about wearing a bra
6-wearing a bra in public in my country or even telling any one about
is considered gay and abnormal that's why i am asking you for your long
time experience and your knowledge to the pain we go through

crash99,

Having read through many of your posts, the one common thread is depression. You really need to see some kind of counselor. Surely there must be someone you can talk to.
