It would be most rare for there to be residual fluid under your areolas many months after surgery.  That is probably why the surgeon refused to do it -- it would have been futile.  Doctors have means by physical exam of determining if fluid is present -- and if he refused to do it, then he suspected there was none there.

It would be foolhardy of you to start sticking needles in your chest to see if there is fluid.  You would probably have great success in giving yourself a rip-roaring infection!

As for revision in general, there comes a time when you should consider visiting a gyne specialist for a thorough evaluation and physical exam.  Most of the time, there are things that can be done to improve the situation.  Be sure to bring a copy of your surgeon's operative report to the gyne specialist.

I would be delighted to help you -- and I am most sure that Dr Bermant would be as well.

Thanks alot for the quick response both of you.

I wish you lived in Denmark like me, it would definetely have made things easier. Becaue I dont know where I can find a gyne specialist as you mention. I talked to a surgeon at a private hospital, who does the gynecomastic surgery.

But it just sounds strange, that the doctor refused to do a surgery or put a needle in my nipple to pull out the fluids.
He pressed the nipples with his hands and felt inside them, and said there was no breast tissue in the left nipple and only a little bit in the right, but it was too little to do surgery.
It just makes me wonder, what the hell could be inside them to make them puff out? And what can be done?
